Shipping costs are based on shipping Priority Mail thru USPS and comes with tracking. We make-to-order, so all packages expected to arrive within 3 weeks after purchase. Please contact us if you need to rush your order.

United States — $8.50 flat rate (could increase due to size of order and customer will receive a note before shipment if adjustment rate is needed)

Out of the country — $30 flat rate

Rush Order – A $25 rush fee applies to expedite orders. Please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote for your needs.

Designs are made-to-order and/or customized. Therefore, purchase is final and cannot be cancelled or modified. We will offer to resize (when needed) within 30 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

If you aren’t sure what size wrist you might be, we suggest using a string or flexible measuring tape and wrap snug around your wrist just below the wrist bone.

• SMALL (6”-6.5” wrist) - recommended for kids & small-boned

• MEDIUM (6.5”-7” wrist) - our average wrist size and fits most

• LARGE (7”-7.5” wrist) - fits men and bigger-boned

• Custom wrist sizes are available upon request.

Our handmade Lucite cuffs come in 4 styles and measure as follows. Cuffs are not adjustable but the thinner Lucite cuffs are a little flexible.

• the PIXIE-3/8" wide on wrist x 1/8" thick Lucite

• the POWER -3/4" wide on wrist x 1/8" thick Lucite

• the WONDER-1 1/4" wide on wrist x 1/8" thick Lucite

• the GODDESS - 1 1/2" wide on wrist x 1/4" thick Lucite (‘off-the-menu’ design)

• All custom orders are FINAL and can not be returned but can be re-sized if needed. Contact us for info on where to send. All shipping costs are expected by customer.

• A $15 one-time design fee is added to every custom order. However, if you want multiple units of the same custom design, please contact us for a special invoice to get the $15/fee waived for other like units.

Orders with personal handwriting or drawings are so special. In order to get the best results please follow the suggestions below:

• If you are writing something from scratch. White backgrounds work best. Use unlined white paper and black fine point felt-tip marker or pen. Black ink is best but blue will work too.

• Email us a clear photo of writing sample.

• If you want multiple signatures/names on the same cuff, please provide email with each name on it’s own page.

• If you are using an old card or letter from a loved one, please take a clear picture and email to us in black and white if possible. We can digitally take out words as well if requested.

• All custom orders will be emailed a proof to approve before production begins.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery for standard orders. We can rush an order but the soonest it can be shipped is within 2-3 days depending on size of order. A $25 rush fee applies to all expedited orders. Please contact us and we will get you a shipping quote for your needs.

Yes! Special rates for fundraisers or groups are available upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Our company has locations in California and Cleveland, so we only charge sales tax on orders that ship to California and Ohio. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code. 

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about the shipment of your order, please contact us with your order number. All other info regarding shipping can be found on our Shipping/Terms page below.
